Managing Member: Joe Germain BS, MPA

Joe Germain is the founder and managing member of Sagebrush Investigations, LLC. He retired as a lieutenant from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) having served twenty-five years, fifteen in investigative assignments. He commanded a detective division and oversaw the gang units for one fourth of the city.

Joe has been licensed as a private investigator and private patrol operator in the state of Nevada for several years. He has years of experience interviewing individuals and conducting scene investigations, taking and directing photographs, and preparing scene diagrams. Joe’s undergraduate degree was in organizational behavior. He holds a Master’s degree in public administration.  He is a member of the Nevada Society of Professional Investigators (NSPI).
